Kelly Greens Master Association (KGMA)

Kelly Greens Master Association Inc (KGMA) was established in 1988, incorporated as a not-for-profit legal entity under Florida Homeowners Association (HOA) statute 720 (here in after FS720). The Kelly Greens Master Association Inc has registered community specific governing documents which comply with FS720 and in many cases have more restrictive conditions. All Kelly Greens property owners are members of Kelly Greens Master Association and as such must comply with the restrictions and obligations defined within FS720 and the KGMA governing documents.  Penalties for failure to comply are also outlined in these governing documents.

Within the community of Kelly Greens, there are 31 “Sub-associations” that are comprised of a mixture of FS 720 (Homeowner) and FS 718 (Condominium) Associations.  These Sub-associations were established and registered at the time each community was developed.  All Sub-associations are legally connected to the KGMA and its’ governance by virtue of being located within the Kelly Greens parcel of land.

Each Sub-association has developed and filed its own governing documents.  Members of each Sub-association are required to comply with their associated Florida Statute, their sub-association governing documents and the KGMA governing documents.
